How long have you been with MMQCI and how did you first learn about our company?
I have been with MMQCI since 2019. I joined the team after college after seeing a posting on Indeed.
What are your primary responsibilities?
My team handles a wide range of responsibilities including validation and upkeep of new and existing equipment, assay validations, and product stability testing.
Describe MMQCI in three words:
Committed, Cohesive, Busy.
What do you like best about MMQCI?
It has been great to grow in my position while also watching the company expand at the same time.
How would you describe your team?
Fast paced.
What are some of the biggest changes you’ve seen since joining MMQCI?
The company has grown so much, both in personnel and physical space.
What has your experience been with our company culture?
We have a very connected ecosystem; everyone is working with everyone else in a way that makes the separate departments really feel like one team.
What do you like to do in your free time?
I enjoy reading, cooking, playing games, and visiting with friends and family.
Where is your happy place in Maine?
I love camping in Freeport.
What’s one thing that’s on your “Bucket List”?
I want to go to the Lego House in Denmark.
What piece of advice would you give to your younger self?
Take more statistics classes!
What do you enjoy most about working here?
The work is fulfilling, people really acknowledge their appreciation for the work I do and that feels great!
Where were you born and raised?
I was born in Concord NH but I was raised in Maine.

“Are You Having Any Fun” by Elaine Stritch.
How have you grown professionally since you’ve joined the MMQCI team?
Since joining MMQCI I have really increased my knowledge in molecular testing, equipment behavior, and vendor relations.
What, if anything, are you currently binge-watching? Or reading?
I am in TV limbo, but I love Righteous Gemstones and I currently reading “These Silent Woods” by Kimi Cunningham Grant.
