EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: STEVEN NESBITT

Position & duties – Technical Operations Manager - I oversee planning, coordinating, and execution of MMQCI technical processes that support the research, development, manufacture, and sales of all MMQCI products.  Technical processes include IQ/OQ/PQ, calibration, and maintenance of all equipment, manufacturing process validations and improvements, environmental testing of manufacturing and QC areas, testing of raw materials, new supplies and components.

Interesting past educational & professional summary – I earned my B.S. in Biochemistry in 1990 and my M.S. in Molecular Biology in 1993, both from Northern Illinois University.  Since then I enjoyed opportunities to live and work from the west coast (San Diego, CA) to the east coast (Saco, ME).

Fun personal fact – I enjoy volunteering my time in my community, Standish, Maine.  For six years I was a member of the Planning Board where I served as Chair for two years.  I have served on the Town Council for four years, currently as Chair.
