How long have you been with MMQCI and how did you first learn about our company?
I have been with MMQCI for over 3 years. I first learned about the company when I was applying to jobs during the last semester of my undergraduate degree in 2021.
What are your primary responsibilities?
My primary responsibilities include manufacturing our bulk molecular diagnostic products, assisting with trouble shooting and refining standard operating procedures, and collaborating with the R&D department on early development and the transfer of new products to manufacturing.

What do you like best about MMQCI?
What I appreciate most about MMQCI is the strong sense of team collaboration. Every department works cohesively and shares a common passion for delivering quality products to the customer.
What do you like to do in your free time?
I love going out to eat, cooking, getting drinks with friends, hosting gatherings for my friends & family, and taking my dog to different trails and parks.
What is the most unique part about working at MMQCI?
The most unique aspect of working at MMQCI is the wide range of opportunities available due to its smaller size. Employees have the chance to shadow and train across various departments, which allows for skill development beyond their primary roles. Personally, I have gained numerous skills from collaborating with other teams. This experience is uncommon in larger companies, where roles tend to be more specialized.

In terms of successes, which accomplishments are you most proud of?
Completing my master’s degree while working full time at MMQCI
What is one thing that is on your “Bucket List”?
One thing on my bucket list is to travel to another country. I would love to visit Iceland, I planned to study abroad there in 2020, but the trip was canceled due to COVID-19.
What do you enjoy most about working here?
What I enjoy most about working here are my co-workers, the location, and the company culture. I have made some great friends while working here, and I appreciate the beautiful building and its setting next to the Eastern Trail. The company culture is flexible and understanding, it is a very collaborative environment where it is easy to find support whenever needed.
Where were you born and raised?
I was born in Methuen, Massachusetts and raised in Exeter, New Hampshire.
Who are some of your biggest inspirations, and why?
My biggest inspirations are my parents. They are incredible people who will do anything for anyone and have always been such hard workers. That is exactly how I want to be.
What is the last song you listened to?
Break on Through by The Doors
What, if anything, are you currently binge-watching? Or reading?
I started binge-watching Game of Thrones. I have never seen it before; I really like it so far.
