How long have you been with MMQCI and how did you first learn about our company?
My 5th year anniversary is in February of 2025. I saw the job posting on Indeed and was intrigued.
What are your primary responsibilities?
Responsibilities include processing / reviewing/ confirming domestic orders and answering customer inquiries by phone, email and fax.

How would you describe your team?
The CS group is dedicated to providing the best service experience to our customers.
What are some of the biggest changes you’ve seen since joining MMQCI?
Our building expansion was completed and the number of employees has more than doubled since I started here.
What are the toughest challenges you’ve had at work?
Due to the lack of a scientific background, gaining knowledge about the products we manufacture.
What do you like to do in your free time?
Spend time with family and friends.
What’s the most unique part about working at MMQCI?
Working for and with the company founders.
Where is your happy place in Maine?
Walking on any beach at sunrise during low tide.
In terms of successes, which accomplishments are you most proud of?
Over 40 years of customer service experience ranging from entry level to management.
What piece of advice would you give to your younger self?
Major in something more practical than English in college.
What do you enjoy most about working here?
The flexibility. Especially being able to assist in other areas to learn more about MMQCI.
Where were you born and raised?
I was born in Watertown, New York. Grew up having lived in several places including New York, South Carolina, Thailand and Louisiana before the family settled in Maine.
Who are some of your biggest inspirations, and why?
I would have to say my mother. She spent a lot of quality time with the seven of us as my father worked long hours. Once we returned to Saco, she was able to be active in the community. She worked for the Red Cross, served on the school board and volunteered at the food pantry for many years.
What is something about you that most people don’t know?
I have six siblings – five sisters and one brother.
What best advice can you give someone who might be interested in joining us here at MMQCI?
There are opportunities for growth and development here for someone who is committed to quality standards.
